Zachary Grauer brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Executive Officer of GEM Venture Partners, backed by a strong academic and professional foundation in real estate and finance.
He holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he specialized in Real Estate Finance and Business Law. This focused education provided the critical groundwork for his success in navigating complex real estate transactions and building thriving investment platforms.
Zachary began his career as Director of Acquisitions and Short-Term Lending for The Dominion Group, a Baltimore-based single-family investment firm and private bridge lender. In this capacity, he served as the chief underwriter, leading a team of real estate analysts responsible for evaluating acquisitions and bridge loans for single-family investors nationwide. During his tenure, he facilitated the purchase of approximately $30 million in single-family assets and underwrote and originated over $200 million in bridge loans across 35 states.
A licensed real estate agent in Maryland for several years, Zachary gained hands-on experience in selling, leasing, and managing single-family properties. This practical knowledge, combined with his underwriting and leadership experience, has positioned him as a trusted expert in the real estate investment sector.
As CEO of GEM Venture Partners, Zachary focuses on sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities, fostering relationships with banking partners, ensuring compliance, and securing equity for growth initiatives. His dedication to precision, partnership, and performance drives GEMvp’s mission to uncover and maximize the potential of every investment.

Dr. Jonathan Musman serves as the Chief Operating Officer of GEM Venture Partners, leveraging his analytical expertise and strategic vision to drive the firm’s operational and financial success.
Jonathan earned his Doctor of Psychology from The George Washington University, where his studies honed his ability to analyze complex systems and implement effective management strategies. This foundation has been instrumental in shaping GEM Venture Partners’ growth and navigating the ever-evolving real estate market.
As COO, Jonathan oversees the firm’s financial management functions, including financial planning, analysis, and asset management. He also leads corporate development initiatives and manages investor relations, ensuring transparency and alignment with the firm’s mission to deliver superior returns.
Under his leadership, Jonathan has cultivated strategic partnerships with national vendors, enhancing profitability and increasing value for GEMvp’s investors.
